TESTING FUNCTION

FEATURES

• A variable transformer will allow for variation of voltage from 8 volts DC to 33 volts DC (150 amps @ 12 volts).
• All solenoids will be mounted vertically, plunger can be changed by simply twisting on or off as necessary.

• Shut off valve for air pressure when tester is not in use.
• Pressure clam is used to secure solenoid in place.
• A 1/2" gap between plunger and solenoid contact when not engaged. (Per manufacturer spec's).

FEATURES AND FUNCTIONS

The K550A Automatic Heavy-Duty Solenoid Tester is designed to test pull-in and hold-in force capacity. It tests 37mt, 40mt, 42mt & 50mt solenoids for 12V, 24V & 32V design. Simply connect the solenoid and push the start button. After performing the test the K550A prints results showing voltage, amperage, and serial number. The thermal printer prints a serial number label for good units or a result label for defective units.
